About me

Charlotte

After becoming a parent, I decided to leave my career as a photographer and retrain in something that would have a positive impact on people’s wellbeing.

When I started on this journey I expected the power of reflexology to be minimal and imagined that most of it would be accounted for by the relaxation that accompanies the treatment.

However, upon training, I was amazed to witness how the feet mirror what is happening in the body. I also was astonished at the positive impact that a course of treatments makes - healing the body and lessening the symptoms of chronic health problems.

The work is very rewarding. Often clients can arrive feeling stressed and depleted, and it is a joy to witness the shifting of their energy into a state of wellness and balance.

As a mother of two young boys, I am amazed what an impact just a short reflexology session can have on their well-being and moods.

I am a fully qualified reflexologist (VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology),Indian Head Massage (VTCT Level 3 NVQ Award), I am fully qualified to teach Baby reflexology(AOR cpd course) and I have completed Sally Earlham advanced training in Pregnancy and fertility reflexology. I have completed a person-centered therapy course. I am a member of The FHT, and am fully insured to perform the above therapies.
